Bio: Stephanie was born and raised in West Virginia but moved to Chapel Hill, NC her freshman year of High School. She attended East Carolina University and graduated in 3.5 years with a degree in Hospitality Management and a minor in business. She met her husband, Kevin, at ECU and they have been married for 26 years and have 2 daughters. She taught Home Economics in the public school system until her husband was transferred to Tennessee. While in Tennessee she ran her own organizing business. When they were offered the opportunity to return to NC, they chose to move to Mooresville. With the recommendation of a friend and God’s guidance, they were led to LPCA. Before working at LPCA, she ran her own food service business where she cooked over 75 meals a week. (She finds being in the classroom to be much easier!) She now is the teaching assistant for 4th grade and teacher for Middle School Life Skills and High School "Adulting 101" classes. She enjoys cooking (on a much smaller scale), being outdoors in nature, repurposing furniture, and going on adventures!
