Bio: Alisha was born in Tucson, Arizona, lived in Canada for 4 years, then moved to NC with her family. She enjoyed 5 years in Colorado after graduating from App State, and loves being back in North Carolina. She enjoys all things outdoors, especially hiking and camping, and snowboarding whenever she has the opportunity. She has competed in several Spartan races and also enjoys traveling and reading.
