Bio: Teresa Crowe grew up in New Jersey. She graduated from Duke University in 2004 with a BSE in mechanical engineering and also has a Master's degree from UVA in Materials Science Engineering. After working briefly as an engineer, she felt called to teaching. She taught high school physics and chemistry in the Washington, DC area for seven years before her children were born. Her husband's job brought the family to North Carolina where Teresa stayed home with her daughters for several years. Both of her daughters have attended LPCA since kindergarten and Teresa was thrilled to get back in the classroom as a teacher at LPCA in 2021. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, juggling, and spending time outdoors with her family.
